Hull Construction :

• Vacum infused Vinylester resins Gel Coat tie layered with multi e-glass Biaxial reinforcement outer and inner skins,130kgsm Corecell composite sandwich. Hull thickness 34mm.
• Structure: Longitudinals in hull Vacum infused with E Glass and Vinylester Resins
• Bulkheads Vacum Infused E Glass Composite sandwich, Vinylester Resins
• Hull Frames E Glass Reinforced, hand laid with Vinylester Resin

Deck Construction :

• Outer skin: Gelcoat tie layered with polyester/vinylester resin with multi CSM and Biaxial e-glass reinforcement. Hand laid.
• Core: Glass sandwiched closed Corecell core and structural ply solid reinforcement under all fittings
• Inner skin: polyester/vinylester resin with multi Biaxial e-glass reinforcement. Hand laid.

Hull Finish

• Awl Grip 2000 Epoxy paint system, Chevy White.

Superstructure Finish

• Gel Coat Finish, Chevy White.

Keel

• 6.0 tonne lead bulb, cast iron fin thru bolted into keel box of hull, epoxied and faired.

Rudder

• GRP encased around a stainless steel frame welded to 3 1/2" solid S/S rudder shaft and stock.

Propellor and shaft

• Gori 3 Blade Folding propeller with Overdrive setting, on 45mm stainless shaft with bronze skeg.
